Kemer Service Center  

This is for a return transfer to and from Antalya airport. You will be met at the airport by our driver and returned to the airport at the end of your holiday. Our vehicles are all air conditioned and insured.

Cost up to 4 people - 85 Euro / 750 NOK / 180 TL

Each Additional Passenger - 15 Euro / 150 NOK / 35 TL 

Spend your free time doing something other than clean your home and let us do it for you. Just email us with the date and time of your or your guests arrival and we will ensure your home is clean and ready. We will turn on the water and electricity and make ice if water is available, and if a late night arrival, we will leave a welcoming light on. The balcony/patio will be clean with the furniture outside and the sunbeds by the pool so you can start your holiday the moment you arrive.

Cost per visit - 40 Euro / 80 TL

It can be frustrating when you need a tradesman like a plumber or an electrician, especially in an emergency as quite often they dont speak English. Also who tells you there are local carpenters and builders who can make an exclusive piece of furniture or design an arched wall for you at a good price. We are here to help and make your idea become a reality.

Builders:- 

Have you ever wanted more room on your patio/balcony? or a wall built outside for extra privacy? We can arrange for a builder to come to extend your patio or build an outside or an internal wall. All building work is guaranteed and if you are not in Turkey, we will email a photo of the finished work.

Painters:-

Do you have unsightly marks on your walls, maybe through moving furniture, or hand prints from the children? Maybe your home justs needs to be freshened up, or you would like a change from white walls. We can quote you for painting just one room or the whole house and you can choose the colour.

Carpenters:-

Have you been trying to find a piece of furniture to fit in the corner of the room for your books and  ornaments/photos? Do you need a utility cupboard to keep your mops and brooms in? or even an extra cupboard in the bathroom to keep your towels and toiletries in? We can arrange for a carpenter to come and build one unique for you. You will be able to choose the colour of the wood or if you want glass shelves, the choice is yours and you may be surprised that the cost is often cheaper than buying one from the shops.

Plumbers:-

If you have a leaking toilet, or maybe there is water coming from your shower base, we can provide a plumber to fix your water problems. You may even want an outside tap to make washing your patio/balcony easier. Give us a call for any plumbing needs.

Electricians:-

If you have ever considered having additional lighting on your patio/balcony, or spotlights under your kitchen units or even lighting above your bed then we will send an electrician to quote you for your electrical requirements.

TV Satellite:-

If you want TV satellite installed, or your dish moved or maybe you have a problem receiving your usual channels, we will arrange for an engineer to come.

Iron Work:-

If you are concerned about security for your home, we can arrange for iron security grills to be put up around your windows and doors. If you are swimming or lying around the pool, with the grills, you know you can leave your windows and doors open to circulate air without worrying if someone has gained access. Our ironmonger can even design a decorative arch outside your patio for scented flowers to grow up, or even maybe grow your own grape vine. We can provide a quote on request.

It is easy to forget to renew your home and contents insurance when you are back home. Or maybe you just renew with your current provider before obtaining a second quote. We can provide you with a quote and a full cover policy in English and will remind you annually when your cover is due.

Do not waste your precious holiday time trying to find the Gatab to pay your water bill, or going to the Tedas to pay your electric bill. For an annual service fee, we will notify you when your bill arrives and will pay these for you. 

Many owners buy their property as a holiday home then realise the rental potential and want to buy a second home for rental. We can help you buy a second property and also with rental. This is designed for owners who do not rent their properties and only visit a few times a year. We will visit your home when you are not here to air your property and carry out a full inspection. We will check for damp, insect infestation, the electrics and will run taps to eliminate smells. We will send you a report to keep you informed monthly by email.

We can arrange for your car hire at a good cost which will be delivered direct to your home. We only use a company with roadworthy cars which are fully insured.

We can arrange all your or your guests excursion and day trips. There are many activities to keep you and the children entertained like riding the slides at Aqualand, water rafting through the rapids, enjoying the views on the Jeep Safari or Quad Bikes, or maybe a relaxing boat trip to admire the scenery or even a gentle trip by horseback up the mountains with a qualified rider.
