At Kemer Service Center we are aware of changing needs. More people are renting properties in Turkey because they are getting more for their Turkish Lira. These additional packages are designed for the home owner who rents their property. 

Bronze Package: 

With the Bronze Packge you will receive the following:

• Return Transfers for up to 4  people - up to 3 per year
• Arrival Preparation and Cleaning - up to 3 per year
• Departure Cleaning - up to 3 per year
• Laundry where we will wash bed sheets and towels - up to 3 per year

Cost for Bronze - 1,000 YTL

Silver Package:

With the Silver Package you will receive the following:

• Return Transfers for up to 4 people -  up to 4 per year
• Arrival Preperation and Cleaning - up to 4 per year
• Departure Cleaning - up to 4 per year
• Laundry where we will wash bed sheets and towels - up to 4 per year

Cost for Silver - 1,300 YTL

Gold Package:

With the Gold Package you will receive the following:

• Return Transfers for up to 5 people - up to 5 per year
• Arrival Preperation Cleaning - Unlimited
• Departure Cleaning - Unlimited
• Laundry where we will wash bed sheets and towels - Unlimited
• Welcome Pack to be provided - up to 5 per year

Cost for Gold - 2,300 YTL

Platinum Package:

With the Platinum Package you will receive the following:

• Return Transfers for up to 5 people - up to 5 per year
• Arrival Preperation Cleaning - Unlimited
• Departure Cleaning - Unlimited
• Laundry where we will wash bed sheets and towels - Unlimited
• Welcome Pack to be provided - up to 5 per year
• Inventory will be taken after each rental
• Advertise rental of apartment on our website
• Payment of water and electric bill (cost of bill to be paid by owner)
• Any further Transfers or Welcome Packs will receive a 10% discount 

Cost for Platinum - 2,500 YTL

Definitions:

A package can only be booked for 1 apartment and not a combination of more than one. The cost is for a 12 month period. For transfers, a minimum of 48 hours needs to be given.

Unlimited Arrival/Departure Cleaning:

This does not include cleaning whilst apartment is in use and is only for cleaning before an arrival or after a departure. A minimum of 48 hours needs to be given.

Departure Preperation includes:

Kitchen/Dining Area

• Clean kitchen surfaces and wipe dirty wall tiles
• Clean fridge/freezer inside and outside and dispose of any perishable items
• Wipe cooker and hob surface and clean floor underneath
• Clean sink and shine tap
• Wipe dining table and chairs
• Mop floor in kitchen and dining area

Lounge

• Brush sofa and armchairs to remove sand/dust and clean floor underneath
• Wipe coffee table and unit
• Mop floor

Bathroom

• Clean sink unit and surface and shine taps
• Clean shower base and shine taps and shower head
• Wipe shower tiles to remove water marks
• Clean toilet
• Mop the floor

Bedrooms

• Wipe outside bedroom cupboards and units
• Make the beds
• Mop the floors

We will hoover/shake rugs and put patio furniture on balcony. We will ensure the electricity and water is switched off at the mains.

Arrival Preperation includes:

Before the arrival of your guests we will open all windows and doors to air and we will turn on the electricity and water supply. We will make ice if water is available and will also provide the following service as detailed below:-

• Run taps and flush toilet so fresh water is left in pipes to eliminate smells
• Clean doors and windows inside and outside and frames
• Mop all floors
• Clean all surfaces to rid any dust
• Sweep and mop patio areas and put furniture out on balcony
• Put sunbeds by pool

Laundry:

We will wash and dry bed linen and leave folded linen on the beds, we will wash and dry the towels and fold and put away. This does not include washing personal items.
